The app previously crashed on November 3.

This has been second time in the past few weeks when WhatsApp has suffered such a glitch.

Users have reported this outage by checking on the quick and useful website, DownDetector in India, Italy, Chile, Romania, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Brazil, France, the US, Holland, Argentina, Germany and more.

The users took to social media networks, Facebook and Twitter to report this problem.

Facebook owned messaging app suffered a major outage wherein the users were getting the push notification for new messages but were not able to access the messaging app for sending or receiving messages for a long time.
